The Duchess of Cambridge sang the praises of teachers this week, as she caught up with educators from County Durham. Kate said the profession was ‘a lifeline’ to families, and staff were doing ‘a fantastic job’. We saw the return of an old separates – well the jacket at least – for this call.

Kate chose her Rebecca Taylor ‘Sparkle Tweed Ruffle Jacket‘, although it’s not fully clear if she wore the matching dress. The jacket features three-quarter sleeves, a wide-set collar, peplum to the rear and frayed hem detail to the cuffs, placket, collar and pockets.

You’ll remember this is an older piece, first seen in 2017.

This isn’t a bad match (if you have a spare £300!)

The Duchess wore her Missoma Rhodochrosite ‘Mini Pyramid Charm’ earrings. Made of 18kt gold vermeil on sterling silver, the hoops have raised pyramids to the front, while the pink rhodochrosite stones are organic squares. They cost £85 and are available here and here. For a softer look, try these.

We show a close up from a previous outing below.
